Here at Sew Mako, we not only pride ourselves with creating unique pieces of work, but we aim for creating 100% customer service. We love to hear feedback and get to know our customers on an individual basis! If any item is damaged upon arrival, or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us Kim@SewMako.com within 30 days of your order, along with a photo and description of the item in question, and we will be happy to discuss a refund or exchange or even a repair.
